Likes to build budget decks - Max value of 60,- or less.

Loves to play Drafts, Modern or even standard from time to time.
I tend to play with the preconstructed dual decks as well as these are fairly balanced to one another, and I don't have many friends in the hobby in my neighberhood that spend money on decks as well. Therefore they usually play a balanced deck of mine.
