Magic Adventure Deck
As a student at the Delft University I played Magic the Gathering. The Black Lotus was just one of the rares. Two kinds of players entered the arena; the Newbee and the Competitor. For a while I enjoyed making a “killer”deck but playing the same trick over and over again didn't work for me. Soon I started building an adventure deck (a singleton variant). With it, I lost against the killer decks and won against the Newbees. The lack of other singleton players made me leave the game. Nearly two decades later, a friend of mine mentioned the commander format and I was back in.

Now, having multiple commander decks and still cards left to spare, I made my own “welcome” singleton decks. This evolved into the Magic Adventure Decks.

Structure
5x Basic Set (one of each color, 24 cards)
10x Advanced Dual Set (1 of each color combination 12 cards)
5x Mono Set (cards not to be found in the Basic Set, 36 cards)
1x Colorless Set

An adventure deck consists of 2 Basic Sets and an Advanced Set (dual color adventure deck) or 1 Basic Set and a Mono Set (mono color adventure deck). This can be done randomly using color-dice. (purple = black, yellow = white, orange = colorless),

Example 1: A dice throw of Purple and Yellow results in a deck consisting of a Basic Black Set, a Basic White Set and an Advanced Black/White (Orzhov) Set.
Example 2: A dice throw of Blue and Blue constructs a deck with Basic Set Blue and Mono Set Blue
Example 3: A throw of Red and Orange results in a deck build with the Basic Red Set and the Colorless Set

Planeswalker add-on
Every Advanced Set will be supplemented with 3 extra cards:
1x Planeswalker
1x Artifact (color related)
1x Non-Basic Land (color related)

The artifact is shuffled in the deck, the Planeswalker and the Non-Basic Land are placed in the command zone. Planeswalker acts as your commander.
The Planeswalker can only be played after you have received 10 damage from your opponent. The Non-Basic Land can be played right from the start.

These decks play very nicely the "Explorers of Ixalan" game

Planechase add-on
Speaks for itself.
