The first ability does not reduce Transmute costs, because you don't cast the spell. If you look at the oracle text (which is the "updated" text of the card), you'll also see "Transmute only as a sorcery" instead of "Play only as a sorcery"

Deze kan nu ook gespeeld worden op arena. Dat zijn geen leuke brawl games.

Hij lijkt wat op Zeratul uit StarCraft 2

Deze is echt zo sterk. Als je hem als commander gebruikt, ben je denk ik snel het mikpunt. Leuk voor in de 99 in spellslinger-achtige decks, maar als commander van een blauw control deck zie ik hem persoonlijk niet graag....

Hopelijk geen Commander staple . Dit gaat verder wel gespeeld worden denk ik!
