When you place an order at Bazaar of Magic, you declare that you agree to Bazaar of Magic's terms and conditions for deliveries.
Establishment of agreements
Sales of the items offered by Bazaar of Magic happens exclusively to persons of a trade able age. Bazaar of Magic exclusively supplies individuals. Bazaar of Magic retains the right to refuse orders without giving a reason.
After placing an order, you receive an email with the confirmation of your order. The total sum of the order has to be paid within 2 weeks, otherwise the order is cancelled and the product will be put up for sale again on Bazaar of Magic.
Once the payment is received by Bazaar of Magic, the order is geberally shipped within 2 working days. The customer can choose from three different shipment methods:
- You pick up your order at Bazaar of Magic in Delft
- You let the order be shipped by means of insured parcel delivery
- You let the order be shipped by means of a regular postal delivery
During checkout, you are responsible for providing correct and complete address details. When provided with incorrect or incomplete address details, Bazaar of Magic is not responsible for the loss of shipments. All extra costs resulting from this are your responsibility.
Orders are packaged and shipped by Bazaar of Magic in a way that mimimalises the chance of damages. You have the possibility to, for a fee, have the order packed in an extra protected way. More information about this can be found on the 'shipment and shipment methods
Bazaar of Magic guarantees that, after receiving payment and approval of the order, that the ordered products are actually shipped.
Conditions of cards
All cards on Bazaar of Magic are in a good condition. Cards from sets released after Alliances are always sold in Near Mint condition or better, unless mentioned otherwise. Cards from sets released before Mirage are sold in Excellent condition or better. For questions about the condition of a specific card, emails can sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

All of the prices on the website are in euros and including VAT (or margin scheme; you can find this on the invoice). Prices on the website can include mistakes. When ordering a product with an incorrect price you will be informed, and then you can choose whether or to cancel the order. An incorrect price is a price that is not realistic and significantly differs from the actual market price.
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days. The product does have to be intact and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or of which the packaging is damaged or incomplete are not eligible for exchanges or compensations. Unless this concerns the order of a consumer purchase from a distance, then an amount will be charged to compensate for the markdown.
Any costs and risks concerning shipping a product for returns are your responsibility. If the product becomes damaged or incomplete, you can be charged to compensate for this. The shipping cost that you have paid will be returned after the return shipment, unless the original shipment included multiple items and you will only return one of them.
The original purchase sum, including any shipping costs, will be returned to you within 14 days (counted from the moment the return shipment is known) to your bank account.
All promotions and special offers applicable to Bazaar of Magic can be edited or cancelled without prior notice.
In all other cases that are not described in these terms and conditions for deliveries, Bazaar of Magic has the final say. Bazaar of Magic will always follow the relevant legal provisions.
