Zeros - Lotus Petal + Mishra's Bauble + Urza's Bauble + Welding Jar;

Combo (1) - Static Orb or Winter orb + Relic Barrier or Blinkmoth Well or Shimmer Dragon - Lock it up with Orb of Dreams;

Combo infinite mana (2) - Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Chakram Retriever or Mirran Spy + Lotus Petal;

All basics at once (3) - Scaretiller + Retreat to Coralhelm + Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse;

Instants for life (4) - Scaretiller + Retreat to Coralhelm or Relic Barrier or Shimmer Dragon + Emergence Zone;

With infite mana you can grabe a Jester's Cap and loop it from the graveyard and remove all your opponent's deck.

If you have or fetch a Laboratory Maniac with Vedalken AEthermage or Drift of Phantasms, you can draw all your deck with River Kelpie and win, looping with Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Chakram Retriever or Mirran Spy with Mishra's Bauble or Urza's Bauble can do it also, not so efective because of the "You draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep" so you don't win imediatly like with the River Kelpie as you draw "on the spot" per cast.

With this loop you can also get infinite life from Scrapheap, infinite tokens from Sai, Master Thopterist or Efficient Construction.

Infinite Krakens with Ominous Seas as you multiply or repeat draw mechanics.

Go fetch "the goods" with Tribute Mage, Trinket Mage, Trophy Mage, Whir of Invention and Reshape.

You can allways turn it up a notch with other cards like: Vedalken Archmage, Muddle the Mixture, Long-Term Plans or Fabricate but this list was built for a budget arround 100$, so there are many more expensive options you can explore.

The ideia was to make a budget deck but not a crapy deck.
