Yes, because DFCs are only their front side except possibly on the stack or on the battlefield. So two of these in your deck are always two Esikas, not an Esika and a Bridge

But I guess you can still put only one copy from the card in your deck? Although it has two sides, it's still seen as one card?

Yes, you can choose to cast which side from the Command Zone.

So basically, yes you can cast both sides from the Command Zone, because both have a mana cost and allow you to do so.
You can't cast Jace, Vryn's Prodigy's backside from the Command Zone because it doesn't have a mana cost, for example.

I don't see why not. As long as your commander is a legendary creature in the Command zone, that's the rule. But if it allows you to cast it in an alternative fashion then that should be fine. Commander tax still applies of course. So if you've cast her as a creature for the first time, casting her for the second time as an enchantment is .
